Credit Assessment

Credora performs technology-driven and systematic Credit Assessments for Borrowers. The Credit Assessment process is outlined as follows:

  1. Initial Information Submission: Complete the platform Account Setup, and submit documentation according to the relevant model Information Submission Guidance.

  2. Initial Review: Credora team completes an initial review of information, and produces an indication of your expected rating.

  3. Follow-up Requests: Credora team requests additional information or documentation upon the completion of the Initial Review. Responses permit the completion of a Firm Score.

  4. Firm Score: Credora team produces a Firm Score, and delivers a complete factor breakdown via email. Upon approval by the Borrower, the score is published on the platform.

  5. Credit Report: Credora team produces a Detailed and Summary Credit Report, including share links.

  6. Maintenance: Submit financial documents as generated, and respond to follow-up questions to maintain the active Firm Score.

Once the Credit Assessment is complete, the Borrower can distribute the Credit Score, Credit Rating, Borrow Capacity, and Credit Reports to institutional lenders and partner platforms.
