Connections

The Credora Platform allows Borrowers and Lenders to form connections to facilitate information sharing. Below is a summary of how to add connections:

  1. Navigate to the Available Borrowers or Available Lenders tab.

  2. Open a Profile to view Borrower or Lender details (requires public Profile).

  3. Request to form a connection with the Default Data Sharing requirements, or with no sharing enabled.

  4. Connection requests send notifications to the relevant borrower or lender, who can then accept or reject the request.

Lenders and Borrowers can also add connections by sharing the Connection ID at the top of the Active Connection tab. When the receiving borrower or lender inputs their counterparty's Connection ID, they will form the Connection with no sharing enabled.

The Active Connections tab displays the sharing status for each counterparty. Borrowers can configure Data Sharing per Active Connection.

External Counterparties

External Counterparties can also be created on Credora. External Counterparties are relationships where the counterparty is not active on Credora (e.g., a Lender is lending to a Borrower that has no trading activity, or a Borrower is representing credit from an external source). To create External Lenders, names are required.
